This program is offered at both COTC campuses in addition to online. It could be combined with an associate degree in business to get a bachelor’s level degree through our 2+2 program. This program is designed to prepare students for entry-level administrative, supervisory and managerial trainee positions in the service and production industries. It is a balanced curriculum that teaches a practical and integrated approach to business functions, including marketing, human resources, management, and supervision. The program also includes an overall education curriculum and a selection of electives.
